Delete your account or personal data
You can request deletion by emailing our support team. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to this website. Requests are handled manually; opening an email draft does not submit or complete a deletion.
Delete your account and associated data
- Email info@gametimemunchies.com, preferably from the email used for your account.
- Use the subject Game Time Munchies account deletion request and include your account email address.
- Send the request. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing it.
Delete selected data and keep your account
To keep your account, email the same address with the subject Game Time Munchies data deletion request — keep my account. Include your account email and describe which data you want removed, such as an optional name or phone number, support messages, or identifiable order-history information. Your sign-in email and account identifier are required to keep the account working.
Email a data-only deletion requestWhat is deleted
For a verified account-deletion request, we remove the account profile, email address, optional name and phone number, sign-in records and sessions, venue memberships, and associated personal data from our active systems, except for the limited records described below. Sessions are revoked so the deleted account cannot continue to sign in. For data-only requests, we remove or anonymize the requested information while preserving the information needed for your remaining account services.
Device-local carts, preferences, and cached recent orders can be removed by clearing the app's storage in your device settings. This does not replace a request to delete information held by our service.
What may be kept and for how long
Financial records, including orders, payment transactions, refunds, and dispute history, are retained for at least 12 months after the transaction and through the end of the accounting year in which it occurred, whichever is longer. Account or data-deletion requests do not delete these records. There is no automatic financial-record deletion at the end of this minimum period.
Limited order, transaction, refund, dispute, or security records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve an open payment dispute. We restrict retained records to those purposes and remove or anonymize unnecessary account information.
The retention period depends on the applicable obligation or unresolved dispute. In our response, we identify any records we must keep, the reason, and the applicable retention period. We do not currently apply a blanket automatic 90-day deletion policy. Payment providers and participating venues may hold separate transaction records under their own policies.
We confirm any verification steps and the expected completion date when handling your request. Do not email payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or sign-in codes.
